How to Season and Care for Cast Iron with Your Seasoning Stick™.

Seasoning Your Cast Iron Cookware In FOUR Easy Steps!

  1. Preheating Your Cast Iron
    - Preheat your oven to 200°F.
    - Place your cast iron in the oven for up to 30 minutes.

  2. Seasoning Stick Application
    - Lightly apply your Seasoning Stick to your cast iron surface.
    - Use a piece of cloth to spread evenly over the entire surface area of your cast iron (including the handle).

  3. Removing Excess Seasoning Stick
    To ensure proper seasoning, wipe your cast iron surface dry with a paper towel or disposable cloth.

  4. Final Heating
    - Preheat your oven to 400°F.
    - On the center rack, place your cast iron upside down for one hour.
    - After one hour, turn your oven off and allow your cast iron to cool naturally.


For a well seasoned surface, repeat steps 1-4.
